Disposable panel filters are rigidly constructed using a progressively dense fiberglass or PolyStrand® media to maximize dust holding capacity. Two metal grids are thermally bonded to the internal sides of a heavy-duty, one-piece craftboard frame to maintain the media's integrity under adverse operating conditions. Standard Sizes are available in 1" and 2" depths to accommodate most filter tracks. Any application can be accommodated with our special sizes, available in 1/2", 1" and 2" depths. This model is one of the less expensive filters on the market today. It really doesn't stop to much. Our service people have nicknamed it the "Bottle Cap" filter because of the holes in the metal holding the media and the filter stops ping pong balls and bottle caps. (Just Kidding Folks).. |
These disposable panel filters are available in 1"and 2" thicknesses . They are made of synthetic media developed for situations were synthetic media products are required. The filters are ideally suited for residential, commercial or light industrial use. These filters are of the pinch frame design -The unique Monobond pinch frame concept involves a one piece frame sealed to the media under heat and pressure. This construction feature produces a continuous bond of media to board around the periphery of the frame, eliminating weak corners and air bypass. This model is another one of the least expensive filters available today. Consider purchasing a pleated filter for replacement. |
